Envisioning a bold, scalable design vision to unify Dell’s software ecosystem.

Timeline

Apr 2026 – May 2026

Introduction

Dell set out to create greater cohesion across its fragmented, growing software portfolio. Over five weeks, we envisioned a new design language built to push beyond existing patterns, scale across products, and inspire a more intelligent, connected future.

Goals

01

Explore a unified design language

02

Push beyond existing patterns

03

Design for scale

04

Build organizational momentum

Two visions.
One ambition.

We explored unique visual styling, interaction patterns, and motion moments– starting broad, then narrowing in.

Concept 1

Concept 2

A more measured evolution of Dell’s experience, balancing familiarity with a stronger sense of personality and brand expression. Its restrained visual language and interaction patterns made it easier to imagine scaling consistently across Dell’s broader product portfolio.

Exploration

We helped dell explore unique visual styling, interaction patterns, and motion moments– starting broad, then narrowing in.

We looked beyond visual styling to identify behaviors that could make an experience feel distinctly Dell.

We scaled both design languages across Dell's product ecosystem.
