Introduction
The Seattle based non profit serves low income and unhoused families. Through Blink's pro-bono program, we lead a team of student interns in helping envision a first of its kind, digital resource management tool to proactively address barriers that lead to homelessness and how the work might be used as a framework.

A majority of Wellspring resources were paper based, making self service options and timely access impossible. Rather than empowering those in crisis, this system results in reliance on service workers – of which experiences vary.
